RECH value of democracy for all lies in the belief that every individual should have a voice and equal opportunity to participate in the decision-making processes that shape their lives and society as a whole. It upholds the principles of equality, freedom, and human rights, recognizing that every person’s perspective and interests are valuable and should be considered in governance. The Constitution of the United States is clear on the value of WE the people. RECH value Equal Representation and Civic Engagement of formerly Incarcerated individuals who are often disenfranchised and denied the right to vote.
